The Hanahaki Disease is an illness born from one-sided love, where the patient throws up and coughs up flower petals when they suffer from one-sided love. The infection can be removed through surgery, but the feelings disappear along with the petals...

1- Discovery:
There's the one person who makes your heart leap into your throat- but wait, that's not your heart. Where are all these flowers coming from? And why do they remind you of your beloved?

2- Concern:
Someone you know has been acting strange lately... Coughing a lot, hiding their hands all the time... It's enough to make anybody worry.

3- Sicker and Sicker:
Coughing up flower petals all the time isn't easy to hide. But it's getting harder to even breathe, now. You're going to have to make a decision, and soon...

4- Confession:
Everyone knows that there's two ways to get rid of Hanahaki: Surgery (the risk dependent on the time period), or confessing your feelings. Time to toe up and face your beloved and just tell them that you love them so much you're dying from it.

5- Post-Op:
The other option... You just couldn't tell them, but you weren't ready to die. Still, without those feelings the world seems a little less colorful. Can you still be friends with them now that you have to start all over? Do you want to?

6- Make your own!
There's flower petals coming out of somebody's mouth in some way for some reason- make this prompt your own.

Just as a note, due to the nature of the meme vivid descriptions of coughing/choking/gagging are probably going to happen. If you want it toned down, make sure to put that in your top-level.

Garner Sympathy: Remember that moment in Catching Fire where Peeta tells everyone Katniss is pregnant? Being pregnant or appearing to be so would be quite advantageous to you two right now. Moving Too Fast: You're attracted to each other, and maybe there's a little something more, but all of that's put on high octane when you're thrown into the fire and have to perform. Better Me than Anyone Else: Whether your love is platonic or romantic, you figure it's better that it's you they're mating with instead of someone who'd be cruel or cold to them. Hate You: The person you despise more than anyone else...is the one you have to breed with? Some would call that a cosmic joke. What Won't Kill Them: If you breed with them, you'll hurt them, but if you don't, both of you will die. Unusual Pregnancy: Did you expect it would be a normal human pregnancy? If one of you isn't human, that would be impossible! Inside Genkai's Temple, there is a large arcade room with many different games. Three of these are meant for testing Spirit Energy. This includes the Rock-Paper-Scissors game, he Karaoke Machine, and the punching machine.

Nearby to Genkai's Temple is a large forest with its an eerie nature due to the Demon Energy radiating from it. The Dark Forest (Enchanted Forest) is an ancient forested area that serves as the third screening section for the Genkai Tournament.

According to Genkai, it's as old as the human race and compasses do not work there. It is an undeveloped land where it has become a sanctuary for the oldest and most primitive demons. Dangerous creatures and natural traps inhabit it, making survival extremely unlikely for an ordinary person. It can take hours for trained psychics to make it through at all, and many do not enter and leave the forest unharmed.

• Genkai's Temple

Genkai's estate is a large green temple hidden deep in the forests. Its main gate is up a large flight of stairs and the courtyard is large enough to fit dozens of people. Inside, there are several different rooms meant for testing a Psychic's spiritual aptitude. It is also located close to outdoor areas used for similar purposes.
